Project Introduction
House #378 is a bespoke luxury residence designed and executed for our overseas client, Mr. Ghazi Khan, based in Dubai. The client approached Artstruck through social media in 2023 with a vision to develop his dream home in Islamabad, seeking a timeless architectural identity combined with high-end interior design and professional project management.
Design Concept
The residence is inspired by Spanish architectural design, expressed through a grand classical façade featuring arches, ornate moldings, layered cornices, and warm stone textures enhanced with refined gold detailing. The elevation creates a strong architectural statement while maintaining harmony and proportion within its surroundings.
The interior planning centers around a double-heighted lounge, introducing openness, vertical drama, and abundant natural light. Rich ceiling treatments, custom chandeliers, wall paneling, and premium finishes define the interior language, creating a luxurious yet balanced living environment.
